"Overall, okay app. Con - everything shows "contingent" and confuses buyers. When realtors are asked if the home is available as it's on the app and viewable, they say no it's under contract. Homes under contract should be removed. Very disheartening to search for homes when nothing is available yet still listed in the app, even if it says contingent. Also feedback with app does not work."
