Would be very useful to filter how many days a house is on market. Also, the house price bubbles on map are way too big obstructing view of map.
App stopped working. Won't let you stay logged in. Won't let you search. Left an email with the developer to no avail.
The app kept saying that no homes met my criteria when the only thing I had done was circle Salt Lake City with a radius of about 500 miles. No limits other than a huge area and it couldn't find a single listing?

Difficult search. (Especially using the map to draw the area search ... VERY DIFFICULT.) I'm deleting the app.

App sent my info to randomly assigned realtor. Assigned random phone # under my settings. App wouldn't allow changes /delete info. Had to uninstall
Useless. It says I'm signed in, but can't access my searches - just takes me back to the login screen. How was this app even launched with zero functionality?
Overall, okay app. Con - everything shows "contingent" and confuses buyers. When realtors are asked if the home is available as it's on the app and viewable, they say no it's under contract. Homes under contract should be removed. Very disheartening to search for homes when nothing is available yet still listed in the app, even if it says contingent. Also feedback with app does not work.
